LL DETAILS provides mobile car detailing by arrangement across Medway and Kent. This page explains how the website's enquiry and booking requests work.
Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. We will review your vehicle, location and preferred date, agree the service and final price, and confirm the appointment with you directly.
Estimates and final quotations
Prices shown on the website are guides based on a typical vehicle and condition. Vehicle size, condition, accessibility, travel and optional treatments can change the final price. If the work needs an inspection or bespoke preparation, we will provide an individual quotation. No card payment is taken through this website.
Deep Clean before maintenance
A completed initial LL DETAILS Deep Clean is required before the vehicle can join a Maintenance Wash or Monthly Maintenance Plan. It is a separately charged service, not a separate admin sign-up fee. We will check this before confirming an upkeep booking. Monthly maintenance is agreed per visit, subject to availability and the condition of the car.
Wax and ceramic coating
Paint protection depends on the condition of the car and preparation work needed. Wax and ceramic coatings are priced individually, including any agreed decontamination or polishing. Coatings are not scratch-proof or maintenance-free, and no fixed durability or warranty is promised unless expressly included in the agreed quotation.
At the location
Please ensure we can safely access the vehicle and any agreed workspace. Let us know about restricted parking, access arrangements and particular areas of concern before the visit. We will tell you if unsuitable site conditions, weather or unexpected issues mean an appointment needs rearranging.
Changing a request
Contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change. Dates shown in the online form are preferences only, and any specific cancellation terms, payment arrangements or deposits must be clearly agreed with you before a confirmed booking. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
