We use the details you provide to reply to your enquiry, assess your vehicle's needs and arrange work. We do not sell customer details or automatically add you to a marketing mailing list.
Who handles your information?
LL DETAILS, the mobile detailing business serving Medway and Kent, handles personal information sent through this website. For privacy questions, access requests or removal requests, contact us on 07872 349803 or WhatsApp.
What information do we receive?
Our quotation and booking forms may collect your name, telephone number, job postcode, vehicle details, preferred dates, requested service, optional treatments and messages. When you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp as well. You can choose to provide additional information relevant to the work.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries, provide a quotation, arrange and carry out detailing appointments and communicate about requested work — generally to take steps before or perform a contract with you.
- To run the enquiry/booking dashboard, manage scheduling, prevent spam and keep suitable records — where necessary for the business's legitimate interests or applicable legal obligations.
- To display genuine customer reviews only where the customer has agreed to publication. You can ask us to remove a published review.
Where your information is stored and who helps us
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry information is saved in our private online data store and, if we accept a booking, relevant appointment details may be placed in a Google Calendar used by the business. Limited information about new requests may be sent in private device notifications to the owner. We may contact you using your chosen contact details. The providers involved in hosting, storage, calendars, fonts, messaging or embedded social content operate under their own relevant terms and privacy information. Some may process information outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long do we keep enquiries?
New quote and booking request records in our website's enquiry store are set to expire after approximately 90 days. Other records arising from completed work, billing or a later business relationship may need to be retained longer where appropriate for accounting, legal or customer service reasons. Published reviews remain visible until removed.
Website technologies and third parties
The enquiry form does not currently include advertising trackers. The site uses externally served Google Fonts, and some Instagram content may be loaded only when you choose to open an embedded Instagram post. The owner booking dashboard uses an authenticated access key and optional browser push notifications. If new optional analytics or advertising cookies are added later, this notice and any necessary consent controls will need to be updated.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact us using the details above and we will review your request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
